Well, the founders think that others might like the tool too, and it will go popular beyond SEOs. But from what we’ve seen, advanced users like SEO’s are going to love this search engine ! Which one you ask – Blekko, the new kid on the block !

I don’t think Blekko is the best name they could find but that’s okay, if the search tool does the thing neatly, then I’m happy.

TechCrunch reports that they’ve done an impressive job at simplifying advanced search. Like advanced search on Google with operators now become easy and more insightful with this tool.

From the screenshot, it looks like Blekko will be able to give you insightful data like SEO stats, and then visualize them on charts right in the search. How accurate the data is, will decide how accepted the tool will be. As for now, I’m pretty excited about it.

Table Service is a free service just in the spirit of the business intelligence solution BIME proposed by the company WeAreCloud Montpellier. Indeed Table tool to manipulate public data graphically and thus transform basic charts in Excel decision tool.



Concretely, to use Table Target must install software on your computer (BIME is webapp), currently only a PC version is available for download (fortunately for the owners of Macs it is still possible to use virtualization windows via VirtualBox example). Once installed it is necessary to integrate your data to CSV or XLS, manipulated (the choice of axes is essential to bring out good results) and then we have to integrate and share online. The video below shows a little more the concept of software.

For some weeks now I have a netbook Samsung N150 lent by Orange for testing. The test is not one of my major specialty and even avoid, however, here a little tour of this netbook. The N150 from Samsung includes a slot for the 3G SIM card which makes the free-standing in terms of connection (no need to plug a USB 3G here is good). Actually I have not even tried to connect to a wireless network, the 3G connection is sufficient for testing.

In terms of appearance the device is rather simple, but its glossy cover catches fingerprints easily, so not bad on this one. The keyboard is pretty good at using it, I had less feeling of being on a mini-pc. It is true that the form factor of these computers do not like it too, below 13 “I’m lost and I have enough space to work, but it is a personal feeling and it is not to this device.
